Agenquo Flow Basic is supplied by MAR CORREA MORENO, trading as Agenquo Flow, Calle Valentuñana, 2, 29601 Marbella, Málaga, Spain. Contact: hello@agenquo.com.
The product is a downloadable operating system for business and professional use. Version 1 is implemented in Notion and requires a suitable third-party Notion account and internet connection.
Licence
Purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased Basic version indefinitely for the licensed user or business, subject to the complete terms presented at checkout. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, sharing a public duplicate link or presenting Agenquo materials as the buyer’s own product is prohibited.
Delivery
Payhip provides digital delivery after successful payment. Customers are responsible for retaining their receipt and downloading the supplied materials. The duplication and first-use process is explained in the included guide.
Support
Support is limited to genuine access issues, materially incomplete supplied files and reproducible defects in unmodified supplied components within the published period. It excludes consultancy, training, migration, customisation, integrations and third-party-service support.
Third parties and professional use
Notion, Payhip, Stripe and PayPal are independent third-party services governed by their own availability, pricing and terms. Agenquo Flow does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, mortgage, surveying or data-protection advice.
Governing terms
The terms presented at checkout and retained with the customer order govern the purchase. Nothing excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow the seller to exclude.
