Agenquo Flow Basic is supplied by ATLAS ADMINISTRATION GROUP, S.L., NIF B93929792, Calle Valentuñana, 2, 29601 Marbella, Málaga, Spain. Contact: hello@agenquo.com.
The product is a downloadable operating system for business and professional use. Version 1 is implemented in Notion and requires a suitable third-party Notion account and internet connection.
Licence
Purchase grants the buyer a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the purchased Basic version indefinitely for the licensed user or business, subject to the complete terms presented at checkout. Resale, redistribution, sublicensing, sharing a public duplicate link or presenting Agenquo materials as the buyer’s own product is prohibited.
Delivery and customer account
Payhip provides digital delivery after successful payment. Where My Agenquo access is enabled, the verified purchase controls the associated product entitlement; customers cannot select or create paid access themselves. Customers remain responsible for retaining their receipt and downloading the supplied materials. The duplication and first-use process is explained in the included guide.
Support
Support is limited to genuine access issues, materially incomplete supplied files and reproducible defects in unmodified supplied components within the published period. It excludes consultancy, training, migration, customisation, integrations and third-party-service support.
Third parties and professional use
Notion, Payhip, Stripe, PayPal and Supabase are independent third-party services governed by their own availability, pricing and terms. Agenquo Flow does not provide legal, tax, accounting, financial, mortgage, surveying or data-protection advice.
Governing terms
The terms presented at checkout and retained with the customer order govern the purchase. Nothing excludes rights or remedies that applicable law does not allow the seller to exclude.
