No. It is a one-time purchase. The purchased Basic version can continue to be used under its licence terms without a monthly subscription.

Yes. Agenquo Flow Basic is delivered as a Notion workspace and requires a Notion account and internet connection. A paid Notion plan is not required for an individual to begin using the supplied system, although Notion may apply its own limits and pricing to advanced or team use.

You receive the duplicable Agenquo Flow workspace, installation and use guide, scripts, message templates, operational checklists, CSV import templates, fictional demonstration data and the support described in the Support Policy.

The purchased Basic version may be used indefinitely under its licence terms. The purchase does not promise every future module, major version or separate Agenquo product.

No. The Basic licence is for the purchasing user or licensed business scope stated at checkout. It may not be redistributed, resold or shared as a template. Agencies requiring multiple users should contact Agenquo for the appropriate licence before deployment.

No. Real Estate and Legal are separate products with separate entitlements. Buying one does not unlock the other.

You can adapt your duplicated workspace for your own internal use, provided you respect the licence. Bespoke implementation and individual development are not included.

Yes. Customers can select professional records, prepare them in the supplied CSV structure and import them into their own Notion workspace. Personal contacts should be excluded before import.

A professional email address can be imported as a contact field. Basic does not connect to Gmail or Outlook, read inbox messages, copy conversations or send messages automatically.

No. Basic includes self-service CSV structures and instructions. Data extraction, cleaning, mapping and managed migration from another CRM are not included.

Your operational records are entered into and remain in your own Notion workspace. Agenquo does not need routine access to that data to deliver the Basic product. You remain responsible for permissions, privacy and lawful processing.

Support covers product access, delivery and reproducible installation defects within the published Support Policy. It does not include data entry, individual customisation, continuous consultancy, legal advice or tax advice.

The Basic purchase grants the version delivered and any updates explicitly included under its licence. It does not automatically include separate verticals, bespoke work or every future major product.

Payhip confirms payment and provides the product delivery. The supplied guide explains download, Notion duplication, the fictional demonstration data and first setup.

Because this is a digital product with immediate access, refund rights may be limited once delivery begins, subject to applicable law and the Customer Terms accepted at checkout. A verified defect that prevents access or use is handled under the published policy.

No. Agenquo Legal is in development and is not currently available to purchase. It is practice-operations software and does not provide legal advice or replace professional judgement.
