Information processed
Depending on a transaction or support request, Agenquo may process a customer email address, supplied name and business details, order reference, product, price, currency, date, country, tax information, payment status, invoice details and support correspondence. Agenquo does not receive or store full payment-card credentials.
Purposes and bases
Information is used to deliver the product, maintain transaction records, provide bounded support, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations. The relevant bases are performance of the purchase contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business.
Service providers
Payhip operates the storefront and delivery process. Stripe and/or PayPal process payment. Email providers process support correspondence. Each provider also operates under its own privacy terms.
Retention and rights
Order and invoice information is kept for applicable tax, accounting and legal-claims periods. Support material is kept only as long as reasonably necessary. Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability and may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
Customer workspaces
The customer controls the duplicated Notion workspace and records placed inside it. Agenquo does not monitor or remotely access that workspace as part of Basic support.
