Information processed
Depending on a transaction, account or support request, Agenquo may process a customer email address, supplied name and business details, authentication identifier, order reference, product entitlement, price, currency, date, country, tax information, payment status, invoice details, essential security and account-event records, and support correspondence. Agenquo does not receive or store full payment-card credentials.
Purposes and bases
Information is used to deliver the product, create and protect customer access, maintain transaction and entitlement records, provide bounded support, prevent misuse and comply with legal obligations. The relevant bases are performance of the purchase contract, legal obligations and legitimate interests in operating and protecting the business.
Service providers
Payhip operates the storefront and delivery process. Stripe and/or PayPal process payment. Supabase provides customer authentication and entitlement infrastructure. Hosting and email providers process the limited information necessary to deliver the website and transactional or support communications. Each provider also operates under its own privacy terms.
Account and security records
My Agenquo uses essential authentication and session technology. Product access is assigned from a verified purchase. Agenquo records only the limited account and entitlement events needed to provide, secure and diagnose customer access; it does not use those records for behavioural advertising.
Retention and rights
Order and invoice information is kept for applicable tax, accounting and legal-claims periods. Account, entitlement and security records are retained only for as long as required to provide and protect access or meet applicable obligations. Support material is kept only as long as reasonably necessary. Subject to applicable law, individuals may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability and may complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency at aepd.es.
Customer workspaces
The customer controls the duplicated Notion workspace and records placed inside it. Agenquo does not monitor, back up or remotely access that workspace as part of Basic support.
